Yvonne Schneider Malerei
Kunst am Starnberger See
Yvonne Schneider’s art work is generally sparked by intuition and spontaneous ideas. Her style of painting utilises the tension between colour and surface as well as structure and volume. The artist makes use of different methods of colour application. The painting emerges gradually by adding transparent as well as opaque layers of colour in addition to graphic elements and various printing methods. The resulting expression between transparency and opaqueness discloses different stages of the painting process explicitly while allowing room for the viewer’s own interpretations.
All paintings are made in mixed media (oil, tempera, screenprint-elements) on fiberboard or acrylics.
